At Papillon Parties and Gifts, we want your home celebrations to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
